Beijing Radio (1039 FM) http://fm1039.rbc.cn/index/index.htm An interview with Mr Liu Man and Mr Feng Tao on the program “Travel the World” about travel to the Northern Territory ran for 30 minutes and was broadcast repeatedly over a 21 day period. 1039FM is the Beijing Transport Radio Station and the most successful radio station in China today. Of the Beijing population at any given time an average of 87% of radio listeners are listening to this station. 7 million people in Beijing tune into the station every day. The Station has a special relationship with China Telecom such that motorists can text and call the station about traffic, events, thoughts without charge. The Station publishes a Magazine and maintains a large web site. Similar interviews were also broadcast on Hangzhou Transport Radio Station & China Central Radio Station.
